Dr. Cleveland enjoys an active lifestyle. He lives what he brings to his practice, whether he is walking or hiking outdoors, or on his Motobecane hybrid roadbike riding trails and highways throughout Northeast Kansas. You will also find him strength training on his BowFlex Ultimate year round. Doc will tell you there is nothing like BowFlex strengthening to build lean muscle mass, improve stamina, and lose weight. Dr. Cleveland loves living life and serving people. His joy in life is found in God first, in his wife Jan and two kids: Doberman Pinchers Mojo and Venus. Spending time with them is a pleasure like no other.
When not practicing, exercising, attending sport events for fun or work, or being with family and friends, Dr. Cleveland is an avid reader. His reading focus is spiritual, self development and leadership. He encourages everyone to read at least 30 minutes a day, and if you can, stretch it to an hour. Be watching for Dr. Cleveland’s future book!
